Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Michael E. Kortash was arrested Sunday for DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. His blood alcohol level was 0.17 percent and he was issued traffic tickets. 

DRUGS: Dmario Ledbetter was arrested Sunday for unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and an equipment violation. He is being held in lieu of $150 bail. 

Kenmore

STOLEN PROPERTY: Charles J. Rodriguez, 36, was arrested Thursday for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail. 

HARASSMENT: Randolph Mack, 46, was arrested Thursday for second-degree harassment and third-degree assault. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail. 

DRUGS: Russell A. Pates, 26, was arrested Sunday for unlawful possession of marijuana and an equipment violation. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

City of Tonawanda

DWI: Raymond J. Smith, 28, of Hopkins Street, Buffalo, was arrested Saturday for DWI. He refused to take a breath test and was held for court.

DWI: Keith O. Patterson, 57, of Military Road, Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for DWI, passing a red light, obstruction of traffic at an intersection and an illegal signal. He was allegedly sitting in his car in the middle of the Delaware and Broad Street intersection. Patterson refused a breath test and was held for court. 

WARRANT: Andrew J. Zito, 64, of West Eddy Drive, Lewiston, surrendered on a warrant Monday for criminal contempt. He allegedly violated an order of protection on Nov. 20 and was held for court.

North Tonawanda 

HARASSMENT: Aleks Mikhaylovskiy, 37, of Mead Street, was arrested Sunday for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Jeffrey R. Reed, 19, of Bryant Street, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: James F. Flores, 46, of 17th Avenue, was arrested Sunday for DWI, passing a red light, speeding, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of marijuana. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

OBSTRUCTION: Daniel A. Pantera, 46, of Rumbold Avenue, was arrested Monday for second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
