ASSAULT: Courtney B. Beicke, 30, 214 Clark St., Town of Tonawanda, was arrested for assault at 4:52 p.m. Sunday after police responded to Eastern Niagara Hospital-Lockport for a report of a domestic incident. A vicitim who resides on West Avenue had lacerations to a forearm and he told police that Beicke had stabbed him twice with a knife during an argument. He was taken to Erie County Medical Center due to the extent of his injuries. Beicke was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon. She was held for court.

LARCENY: Amy E. McCalister was arrested Sunday for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. She was allegedly shoplifting items from a town store. She was issued an appearance ticket.

LARCENY: Jennifer A. Emel was arrested Sunday for fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. She was allegedly shoplifting items from a town store. She was issued an appearance ticket.

DWAI: Jessica J. Blackburn was arrested Sunday for operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, failure to keep right and driving to the left of a traffic island.

DRUGS: Eric M. Freeman was arrested Saturday for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and having a controlled substance in a non-original container. He was held for court.

DWI: Jamie L. Uccio was arrested Thursday for DWI, an equipment violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Uccio’s blood alcohol level was 0.16 percent. He was issued traffic tickets. 

DRUGS: Juan A. Delgado Jr. was arrested Thursday for unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket.

City of Tonawanda

DWI: Nichole E. Sipple, 40, of North Bailey Avenue, Amherst, was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI and driving to the left of pavement markings. Her blood alcohol level was 0.21 percent and she was held for court.
