ORDINANCE: Joseph D. Leaver was charged Monday with violating a town ordinance that prohibits open fires. He was released on an appearance ticket.
DWI: David W. Heider Jr. was charged Monday with DWI, failing to notify authorities of a change in home, speeding and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He refused to take a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.
DWI: Christopher J. Haupt was charged Thursday with DWI and an improper left turn. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.
TRESPASSING: Joshua C. Miller was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespassing, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
CONTEMPT: Kevin M. Skinner II was charged Nov. 13 with second-degree criminal contempt, false personation and failure to obey a traffic device. He was held for court.
DWI: Robert J. Ferguson was charged Nov. 13 with DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, an equipment violation and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He refused a breath test and was issued appearance and traffic tickets.
DRUGS: Alan J. Mitchell was charged Nov. 12 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, operating a motor vehicle without financial security and operating a motor vehicle with improper plates. He submitted to blood tests.
DWI: Ronald S. Nelson was charged Nov. 11 with DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, an equipment violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.
WEAPON: Daniel E. Friedhaber was charged Nov. 9 with criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing. He was involved in an accident and allegedly threatened the other driver with a knife.

WARRANT: Charles M. Prebis, 25, of Florian Street, Buffalo, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for drug court. He is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.
