MISCHIEF: Rodney V. Mongold Sr., 43, of Oliver Street, was arrested Friday for fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was held for court. 

City of Tonawanda 

DWI: Matthew T. Gorman, 26, of Wheeler Street, was arrested Friday for DWI and speeding. He refused to take the breath test and was held for court. 

CONTEMPT: Angela C. McFarland, 20, of Park Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Thursday for criminal contempt. She was held for court. 

INTERLOCK: Stephen M. Carter, 53, of Young Street, was arrested Thursday for driving without an interlock device and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
