DRUGS: Shawn R. Finitz, 38, was arrested Monday for fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, speeding and passing a red light.

DWI: Maria R. Shah, 50, was arrested Sunday for DWI, speeding and failure to keep right. She refused a breath test.

DWI: Nicholas B. Crawford, 27, was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI and an equipment violation. 

LARCENY: Ryan D. McDonough, 29, was arrested Friday for petit larceny.

DWI: Nicholas J. Celano, 21, was arrested Friday for DWI and speeding. 

HARASSMENT: Rhonda Conklin, 35, was arrested Friday for second-degree harassment. 

DWI: Jospeh C. Vullo, 54,  was arrested April 10 for DWI and failure to keep right.

MISCHIEF: Lasharie R. Hawkins, 23, was arrested April 10 for criminal mischief. 

DWI: Mark A. Gurowicz, 36, was arrested April 10 for DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, speeding, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle on a highway and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. He refused a breath test. 

DWI: Dylan E. Vaccaro, 21, was arrested April 9 for DWI, second-degree vehicular assault and tampering with an official traffic control device. 

TRESPASSING: Anthony Sanders, 19, was arrested April 9 for third-degree criminal trespassing. 

TRESPASSING: Nicolis Anderson, 17, was arrested April 9 for third-degree criminal trespassing. 

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Rachel A. Battaglia, 28, of Division Street, North Tonawanda, surrendered Wednesday on a bench warrant for larceny. She was held for court.
