Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

DWI: David L. Pierce, 33, of Fletcher Street, was arrested Friday for DWI and driving without headlights. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent and he was held for court. 

DWI: Michelle R. Regan, 19, of Winkler Drive, was Friday arrested for DWI, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of alcohol and driving without headlights. Her blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent and she was held for court.  

WARRANT: Brittney N. Rodriguez, 24, of Winspear Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Robert M. Mol, 25, of Alexander Street, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for suspended registration. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

PETIT LARCENY: Donna Z. Foster, 17, 918 Fairmont Ave., was charged at 8:02 p.m. Thursday with petit larceny. She was released on her own recognizance. 

WARRANT: William H. Culver, 29, homeless, was charged at 1:05 p.m. Friday with failure to appear in court for a second-degree harassment charge. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
