WARRANT: Erica M. Ralston, 27, of Niagara Falls Boulevard, Amherst, was arrested Monday on a warrant for forgery. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Joyce M. O’Brien, 51, of Delaware Street, surrendered Monday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. She was released on an appearance ticket. 

CONTEMPT: Brandon C. Locke, 24, of Elmwood Avenue, Kenmore, was arrested Monday for two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, third-degree criminal mischief, disobeying a court order, second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

DWI: Ali R. Skoczylas, 27, of Ward Road, North Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for DWI and speeding. Her blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent and she was held for court.

WARRANT: Susan M. Kohler, 44, of Buffalo Street, North Collins, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for larceny. She was held for court. 

DWI: Richard E. Coogan, 32, of Robinson Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday for DWI and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent and he was held for court.

DWI: Kevin R. Buggs, 28, of Marian Drive, was arrested Saturday for DWI and speeding. He was held for court. 

ASSAULT: Brandon M. Harriger, 26, of Delaware Street, was arrested Friday for second-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree assault, coercion and third-degree menacing. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

PETIT LARCENY: Jessica Horan, 20, and Kara A. Wagner, 20, 189 East Ave., were charged at 7:11 p.m. Sunday on Niagara Falls Boulevard with petit larceny. Both are being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

LARCENY: Kyle Wagner, 23, 190 East Ave., upper, was charged at 7:10 p.m. Sunday on Niagara Falls Boulevard with petit larceny and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

OBSTRUCTION: Crystal R. Smiedala, 24, 834 Park Ave., was charged at 9:39 a.m. Monday with obstructing governmental administration. She was held for court.
