Tonawanda News — buffalo

drugs: Alan C. Storm, 42, of Kenmore, was charged Wednesday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, having a prescription medication out of its container and driving with a suspended drivers’ license. State Troopers arrested him following a traffic stop on Tonawanda Street in the City of Buffalo. He was transported to the Buffalo holding center pending an arraignment.

City of Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Stephen J. Paulter, 39, of West Alaura Drive, Alden, was charged Friday with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing. He had an altercation with a coworker at a business on Delaware Street and was held for court. 

DRUGS: Joseph R. Ode, 19, of Curtis Parkway, Town of Tonawanda, was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

North Tonawanda

WARRANT: Andre V. Mangham, 31, of Lafayette Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant for second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $600 bail.

WARRANT: Raymond D. Graney, 41, of Second Avenue, surrendered Friday on a bench warrant for second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $350 bail. 

PERSONATION: Alan M. Miller, 24, unknown address, was charged Thursday with false personation. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
