Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Troy W. Getz, 25, Vandervoort Street, North Tonawanda was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.

CONTEMPT: Quasim Paige, 25, was charged Monday with second-degree criminal contempt. 

ASSAULT: James M. Lord, 24, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree menacing.

IMPRISONMENT: David V. Mirabella, 46, was charged Sunday with second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

DRUGS: Daniel Aiken, 22, was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and producing an invalid insurance identification card.

CONTEMPT: Anthony E. Pompeo, 35, was charged Jan. 15 with second-degree criminal contempt. 

ASSAULT: Gloria M. Nobile, 37, was charged Jan. 12 with third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespassing. 

DWI: Andrew C. Kristich, 27, was charged Jan. 12 with DWI and failure to stop a stop sign. 

Town of Tonawanda

CONTEMPT: Nedeljka Berak was charged Monday with second-degree criminal contempt.

DRUGS: James W. Thaler was charged Monday with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate. He refused a blood and urine test.

DWI: Jeanine D. Decanter was charged Sunday with DWI and passing a red light. She refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.

TRESPASSING: Sean G. Batherson was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal trespassing.

DWI: Jenna N. Sansalone was charged Saturday with DWI, failure to keep right, improper right turn, speeding, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. Her blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Alex C. Miller was charged Jan. 17 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and crossing the road’s divide. He submitted to a blood and urine test.
