BLOTTER: Police reports published March 5

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Latoya C. Owens, 26, 32 Lonsdale Road, lower, Buffalo, surrendered on a warrant Wednesday and is charged with DWI and failure to signal. Owens is being held for a judge.

WARRANT: David J. Ford, 43, 225 Fletcher St., was arrested on a warrant Wednesday and is charged with second-degree forgery. He is being held for a judge.

DISORDERLY: Corey J. Willis, 21, 218 Morgan St., was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct. He was released on an appearance ticket.

WARRANT: Robert T. Mokhiber, 36, 426 Swan St, Lower, Dunkirk, was arrested on a warrant Wednesday and is charged with petit larceny. He is being held for a judge.

North Tonawanda

DWI: Kenneth J. Wegner, 54, 9 Bridlepath Lane, Lancaster, was arrested Tuesday evening and charged with DWI and consuming alcohol in a vehicle. He was arrested on River Road. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.19 percent. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: April Considine, 27, 124 North Marion St., was arrested Wednesday and charged with DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Her blood alcohol content was found to be 0.27 percent. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

Town of Tonawanda

DRUGS: Fred D. Lian was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:07 p.m. Tuesday. Lian was stopped for spinning his tires when the officer smelled marijuana in the car according to reports. Lian consented to a car search, during which the officer recovered a bag of marijuana. Lian was held for court.

WARRANT: Jesus Martinez-Perez was arrested on a warrant after a traffic stop at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday. Martinez-Perez was turned over to Erie County Sheriffs.

DWI: Mark R. Simpson was charged with aggravated DWI and speeding at 4:45 a.m. Monday. Simpson was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Simpson allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.28 percent blood alcohol content. Simpson was released on an appearance ticket.
