WARRANT: Tina M. Bredt, 23, of Ideal Street, Buffalo, surrendered on a warrant Friday for aggravated DWI. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

ALCOHOL: Shane R. Ognibene, of Ganson Street, was arrested Friday for unlawful possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $100. 

LARCENY: Ashley R. Tiedemann, 26, of Meyer Road, Amherst, was arrested Friday for petit larceny. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

LARCENY: Albert L. Rowley, 31, of Robert Drive, was arrested Friday for petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

DRUGS: Aaron R. Ware, 36, of Gorton Street, Buffalo, was arrested Friday for second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court. 

DWI: Alan M. Cohan, 44, of Hird Street, Niagara Falls, was arrested Friday for DWI, failure to yield right of way, passing a red light and changing lanes unsafely. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DRUGS: Shaun C. Lawson was arrested Wednesday for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

MISCHIEF: Raymone A. Alls was arrested Wednesday for third-degree mischief and third-degree assault. He was involved in a fight in front of Caputi’s on Sheridan Drive.

ASSAULT: Jason M. Dudek was arrested Wednesday for third-degree attempted assault. He was also involved in a fight in front of Caputi’s on Sheridan Drive. 

DRUGS: Matthew S. Gennuso was arrested Tuesday for criminal possession of a controlled substance, having a controlled substance in a non-original container, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, operating a motor vehicle without financial security, unsafe tires and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. 

City of Tonawanda

WEAPON: Angelo J. DiChiara, 20, of Ganson Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Friday for criminal possession of a weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

WARRANT: William C. Drumm, 48, of Tremont Street, North Tonawanda, surrendered Friday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Robert J. Miller Jr., 34, of Longs Avenue, was arrested Friday on a warrant for criminal possession of stolen property. He was held for court.
