SHOPLIFTING: Taylor J. Clause, 18, 5446 Walmore Road, Lewiston, was charged at 6:25 p.m. Thursday with petit larceny after police said she was caught shoplifting at Walmart, 866 Niagara Falls Blvd. She was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Joseph A. Fiala, 56, 876 Sweeney St., was arrested at noon Thursday for DWI, driving while ability impaired by drugs, improper turn and driving an unregistered motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Tremont Street. Fiala submitted to blood and urine tests and was released on his own recognizance. 

PETIT LARCENY: Richard M. Porembski, 47, 94 Oakwood Terrace, was charged at 11:47 p.m. Friday with petit larceny following an incident at Oliver Street and Ninth Avenue. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

TRESPASSING: Michael C. Shank, 36, 245 Payne Ave., was charged with second-degree trespassing at 1:50 a.m. Saturday. Police said Shank refused to cooperate and answer questions during the booking process. They were unable to verify his identity and ordered him held for court.

DWI: Amy A. Potrzebowski, 27, 178 Fairgreen Ave., right apartment, Amherst, was arrested at 5:04 a.m. Saturday for DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving right of pavement markings. Police pulled over Potrzebowski on River Road at Felton Street. Her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.16 percent following a breath test. She is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

City of Tonawanda

DWI: Raenna J. Henneberger, 23, of Highland Avenue, was arrested at 4:04 a.m. Saturday with DWI and a traffic violation. Police pulled over Henneberger for driving on Main Street with no headlights. Her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.13 percent following a breath test. She was held for court.
