Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda 

DOMESTIC: Jesse Starkweather, 42, 1115 Oliver St., Apt. A, was charged at 8:45 p.m. Monday with second-degree harassment. Starkweather was held for court. 

ASSAULT: Daniel J. Edin, 44, 29 Cramer St., was charged at 2:41 p.m. Monday with third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

ENDANGERING: Popnen H. Nordee, 29, 477 Winspear Ave., Buffalo, was picked up by University at Buffalo police on a warrant stemming from a September incident and charged at 9:44 p.m. Monday at North Tonawanda Police headquarters with endangering the welfare of a child. Nordee was released for court.
