Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

ASSAULT: Sidney D. Ehrenreich was charged Sunday with third-degree attempted assault. 

DRUGS: Kristin N. Roberts was charged Saturday with criminal possession of a controlled substance and having a controlled substance in a non-original container. She was issued appearance tickets. 

DWI: Gabrielle M. Lasota was charged Saturday with DWI, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and passing a red light. She refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets. 

DWI: Rebecca R. Rush was charged Saturday with aggravated DWI and an equipment violation. Her blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent and she was issued traffic tickets. 

BURGLARY: Jason R. Hamilton was charged Friday with second-degree burglary and petit larceny. 

DWI: Kristin E. Tuttle was charged Friday with DWI, failure to yield right of way and moving from lane unsafely. Her blood alcohol content was 0.23 percent.

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Margaret E. Murray, 19, of Mosher Drive, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for criminal mischief. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Sean S. Vungaro, 21, of Condon Street, Buffalo, was arrested Monday on a warrant for violation of probation. He was held for court.

TRESPASSING: Michael J. Bracco, 27, of Warsaw Street, Lackawanna, was charged Monday with trespassing. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

North Tonawanda 

LARCENY: Deborah C. Hayes, 24, 129 Seventh Ave., was charged at 10:36 a.m. Tuesday on Niagara Falls Boulevard with petit larceny. She was held for court.
