Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Dallas W. Mort, 38, Grand Avenue, Niagara Falls, was arrested Thursday on a 1999 bench warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court. 

MENACING: Randy C. York, 40, of Clarence Harder Drive, was arrested Thursday for third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

ROBBERY: Three 16-year-old juveniles and one 17-year-old were arrested at 11:19 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Payne Avenue and Spalding Street with a number of charges related to the theft of a cell phone from another minor, police said. All four of the teenagers face second-degree robbery and endangering the welfare of a child charges. Two of them were additionally charged with assault and harassment. The juveniles are being held on $5,000 bail each. 

TRESPASS: Amy L. Newson, 29, 1349 Pierce Ave., Apt. 4, was charged at 8:47 p.m. Thursday with trespass. She was released on her own recognizance. 

LARCENY: Timothy C. Senger, 112 Sebring Drive, was charged at 2 p.m. Thursday with petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

DISORDERLY: Shannon N. Ditillio, 19, 31 16th Ave., was charged at 8:53 p.m. Thursday with disorderly conduct. She is being held in lieu of $100.
