MISCHIEF: Sean S. Vungaro, 21, of Condon Street, Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for criminal mischief and on a bench warrant for larceny. He was held for court.

DRUGS: Andrea L. Kubanek, 26, of East Monmouth Avenue, Town of Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana. She was issued an appearance ticket.

ASSAULT: Paul J. Morath, 28, of Cleveland Avenue, was arrested Saturday for two counts of third-degree assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was held for court.

DWI: Marlene A. Rendina was charged Sunday for DWI. Her blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Jamal L. Roberson was charged Sunday with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision and amplified car music. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

RESISTING: Michael R. Alford Jr. was charged Sunday with resisting arrest, failure to use bicycle lane, no bell or signal device on the bike and inadequate breaks. He is being held in lieu of $800 bail. 

MISCHIEF: William A. Barbera was charged Saturday with criminal mischief, harassment and trespassing.

DWI: Jonathan L. Petrotto was charged Saturday with DWI, changing lanes with a hazard, moving from a lane unsafely and an illegal signal. He was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Gary L. Thurston was charged Friday with DWI, failure to keep right, failure to stop at a stop sign and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Eli Lopez Jr. was charged Saturday with DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, moving from a lane unsafely and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.09 percent and Lopez was issued traffic tickets.

TAMPERING: Nedeljka Berak was charged Aug. 13 with third-degree criminal tampering. Berak allegedly urinated in Town of Tonawanda court.
