Tonawanda News — DRUGS: Theodore Snickles Jr. was charged Aug. 13 with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision, moving from a lane unsafely and an unsafe turn. He was issued traffic tickets. 

DRUGS: Giovanni M. Rosa was arrested Aug. 13 for unlawful possession of marijuana, a possession of a hypodermic instrument, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and speeding. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

FALSE REPORT: Hernan E. Herminda was charged Aug. 13 for falsely reporting an incident to authorities. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

North Tonawanda

LARCENY: Mordeen V. Harris, 49, 620.5 19th St., Niagara Falls, was charged at 3:28 p.m. Saturday at Walmart with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Harris was held for court. 

DWI: Douglas A. Warblow, 40, 515 Adam St., rear apartment, was charged at 12:21 a.m. Sunday on Tremont Street with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana. His blood alcohol content was 0.08 percent and he was held for court.
