HARASSMENT: Jennifer M. Hannah-Albon, 35, 269 Wheatfield St., was charged at 3:29 a.m. Saturday with second-degree harassment after police were called to a disturbance in the 300 blok of Shartle Place. She is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

PETIT LARCENY: Sean M. Simmons, 20, 62 Captains Way, was charged at 8:35 p.m. Friday with petit larceny. Store security at Walmart, 866 Niagara Falls Boulevard said Simmons tried shoplifting a red sweatshirt worth $10.88. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
