DWI: Domonique N. Harper-Johnson was charged Sunday with DWI. Her blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Robert J. Rabatoy III was charged Saturday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, having a controlled substance in a non-original container, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision, speeding and throwing garbage on the highway. He submitted to blood and urine tests and was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Michael J. Gawinski was charged Saturday with DWI and unsafe backing of a vehicle. His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Michael F. Farnham was charged Saturday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, DWI, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely. He refused to take the breath test and was released on an appearance ticket.

ASSAULT: Darius L. Franklin was charged Friday with second-degree assault, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. He allegedly injured a police officer.

CONTEMPT: Daniel L. Branch was charged Friday with second-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court.

DRUGS: Lucas C. Eckert, Wiliam A. Smierciak II and Joelle J. Kistner were charged Friday with unlawful possession of marijuana. They were released on appearance tickets. 

DRUGS: Manuel Martinez III was charged Thursday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, having a controlled substance in a non-original container, illegal signal, an equipment violation, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

ROBBERY: Elijah S. Morris was charged Sept. 11 with third-degree robbery, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.
