Tonawanda News — Kenmore

ASSAULT: David Sterling, 22, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, petit larceny, criminal obstruction of breathing, acting in a manner injurious to a child and second-degree harassment.

CONTEMPT: Michael P. Giambra, 42,  was charged Friday with criminal contempt. 

HARASSMENT: Brandon A. Deblasi,18, was charged Sept. 18 with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief. 

DWI: William D. Kolb, 52,  was charged Sept. 17 with disorderly conduct and DWI. 

LARCENY: Kychene O. Venable, 41, was charged Sept. 16 with petit larceny, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Richard M. Porembski, 48, 1177 Oliver St., upper, was charged at 10:39 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute. He was held for court.

Town of Tonawanda

ORDINANCE: Andrew M. Ekes was charged Wednesday with violating a town ordinance on noise disturbance. He was released on an appearance ticket.

CHILD: Lavonne A. Watkins was charged Tuesday with acting in a manner injurious to a child.

DWI: William Gary was charged Tuesday with DWI and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Thomas R. Ekes was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, DWAI and an illegal signal. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Michelle R. Kornacki was charged Sunday with DWI and speeding. She refused to take a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Michael R. Jungier was charged Friday with aggravated DWI. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Andrew S. Manning was charged Friday with DWI, failure to keep right and speeding. He refused to take a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Hector L. Sanchez was charged Thursday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

DRUGS: Jessica M. Schiffmacher was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana and no seat belt. She was released on an appearance ticket. 

DRUGS: Paul R. Krajas was charged Wednesday with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and no seat belt. He submitted to a blood and urine test and was issued traffic tickets.
