Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

POSSESSION: Jonathon M. Grant, 24, of Robert Drive, North Tonawanda, was charged Tuesday with criminal possession of stolen property and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Rosalia A. Mayes, 31, of Steiner Street, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for petit larceny. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Frank J. Bredt, 25, of Ideal Street, Buffalo, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for criminal contempt. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Karl D. Shoop, 35, of Young Street, surrendered Monday on a warrant for DWI. All fines were paid.

MISCHIEF: Thomas M. Danwin, 28, of Minerva Street, was charged Sunday with criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. He was held for court

CONDUCT: Michael J. Rodriguez, 19, of Tracy Lane, Grand Island, was charged Sunday with two counts of disorderly conduct. He was held for court. 

DWI: James L. Bolden, 38, of Purdy Street, Buffalo, was charged Sunday with DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and driving without an inspection. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent and he was held for court.

DWI: John S. Long, 34, of Cayuga Drive, Niagara Falls, was charged Sunday with DWI, criminal possession of a weapon, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, possession of a loaded firearm in his vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and three equipment violations. He refused a breath test and was held for court.

North Tonawanda

WARRANT: Nathaniel L. Busch, 24, 505 Delaware Ave., upper, Town of Tonawanda, turned himself in on a warrant and was charged at 10:22 a.m. Monday with failure to pay a fine for a second-degree harassment charge. Busch is being held in lieu of $300 bail.
