WARRANT: Michael D. Archibald, 27, of Broad Street, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for burglary and petit larceny. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Matthew A. McMullen, 22, of Blackmore Court, was arrested Monday on a bench warrant for larceny. He was held for court.

HARASSMENT: William L. Zeughardt, 38, of Gaff Terrace, was charged Monday with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Robert J. Basso, 41, of Sweeney Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Monday on two warrants for criminal mischief and larceny. He was held for court.

LARCENY: Kellie L. Pfalzer, 50, 11 Second Ave., lower, was charged at 8:18 a.m. Tuesday with petit larceny. Pfalzer was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Ryan C. Perkins, 24, 286 Schenck St., Apt. A-4, was charged at 7:33 p.m. Monday following a domestic dispute at his home with second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

OBSTRUCTION: Phillip J. Aiello, 25, 770 E. Robinson St., Apt. A-1, was charged following at domestic dispute at 11:36 p.m. Friday at his home with first-degree criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

CONTEMPT: Christine L. Troup, 36, 141 Sommer St., was charged at 5:02 p.m. Sunday with second-degree criminal contempt. She was held for court. 

NUISANCE: Clifford B. McCarty, 33, 191 Miller St., was charged at 4:55 p.m. Saturday on Payne Avenue with first-degree criminal nuisance. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail. 

CONTEMPT: David J. Lilly, 39, 1415 Erie Ave., was charged at 12:26 a.m. Saturday with second-degree harassment and criminal contempt. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Andrew Margham, 31, 125 Lafayette Ave., Apt. 1, was charged at 10:17 p.m. Friday on Lincoln Avenue with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

LARCENY: Jordan Espinal, 24, 6584 Dysinger Road, A-10, Lockport, was arrested on a warrant and charged at 3:53 a.m. Sunday on Erie Avenue with petit larceny. Espinal was held for court.
