DWI: Gene E. Kennelley, 52, of Cornation Drive, Amherst, was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI, speeding, failure to keep right and driving in the center lane. He was driving on Young Street and his blood alcohol content was 0.24. He was held for court. 

DWI: Paul G. Lureman, 21, of 12th Avenue, was arrested Sunday for DWI, refusal to take breath test and speeding. He was driving on Niagara Street. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Erica M. Ralston, 27, of Burns Court, was arrested Monday on a warrant for stolen checks. She was held for court.

TRESPASS: Kristen M. Bodgon was arrested Thursday for second-degree criminal trespassing. She attempted to enter someone's house to use a bathroom.

DWI: Jeffrey J. Kuczjowski was arrested Thursday for aggravated DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. He was driving on I-290 near the East Park overpass and his blood alcohol level was 0.19 percent. He was issued vehicle and traffic summons.

DRUGS: Patrick S. Carncross was arrested Friday for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He also had warrants out in his name in Amherst and City of Tonawanda.

DWI: Kathleen S. Selvoski was arrested Friday for DWI and speeding. She was driving near Brighton Road and Talbot Road. Her blood alcohol level was 0.17 percent. She was issued vehicle and traffic summons. 

DWI: Theodore A. Wishowski was arrested Friday for DWI and speeding. He was driving near Colvin Boulevard and Deerhurst Park Boulevard. He refused a breath test and was issued vehicle and traffic summons. 

DRUGS: James D. Allard was arrested Saturday for criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. After he was brought back to the station, he was also charged with resisting arrest and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. 

DRUGS: Lamar C. Chatman was arrested Saturday for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and an illegal signal. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail. His passenger, Antoinette C. Cooper, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance after admitting to owning 28 individual bags of marijuana that were found in he vehicle. She is being held in lieu of $200 bail. A second passenger, Jessica N. Burdett, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Christopher  M. Leon was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI and speeding. He was driving on Niagara Falls Boulevard and his blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent. He was issued vehicle and traffic summons.
