CONTEMPT: Frank J. Bredt Jr., 24, of South Lane, was arrested Monday for aggravated criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Patrick S. Carncross, 24, of Chapman Road, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Shannon P. Wheeler, 32, of Cranbrook Drive, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for revoked registration. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Aaron S. Krzystek, 24, 280 Wheatfield St., was charged at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday with DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and passing a running a red light. He refused a breath test to determine his blood alcohol content and was held for court. 

TRESPASS: Garrett M. Saia, 19, 1061 Oliver St., upper, was charged at 3:31 p.m. Monday with second-degree criminal contempt and criminal trespass. He was released for court. 

HARASSMENT: Timothy N. Weitzel, 311 Oliver St., Apt. A3, was charged at 3:49 a.m. Tuesday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

OBSTRUCTION: Michael W. Tiede, 60, 708 Lockwood Drive, Lockport, was charged at 3:17 p.m. Monday with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree menacing and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Katherine M. Cook, 39, 238 Oliver St., upper, was charged at 7:36 p.m. Monday with second-degree harassment. He was released for court. 

HARASSMENT: Shawnale Kizer, 44, 155 Robinson St., Apt. A2, was charged at 8:44 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree harassment. Kizer was held for court.
