Since JT Wheatfields lost their liquor license, what I think they should do: There’s this one restaurant on Hertel Avenue that I go to that doesn’t have a liquor license, but the patrons are allowed to bring in their own liquor. They do really, really well on their food sales. Just a thought.

It’s been two weeks since the primary election and I still see Pete Smolinski and Nancy Donovan signs along Payne Avenue and Robinson Street. Why are they allowed to break the law when every other candidate has removed theirs? I don't vote for criminals.

I want to thank Mayor Soos and his staff, along with the police chief, for being so helpful and informative the other night at City Hall. We now have a neighborhood watch in place that everyone is very enthusiastic about. I was so grateful to see all of my neighbors pitching in to help as well. We are off to a great start.

Our NT council doesn’t seem to do very much. I don’t think I will vote for any of them this November

Speaking of NT garbage, it would be nice if they enforced the rule that “Empty receptacles must be removed from the curb within 12 hours after collection.” On my street there seems to always be either the green or the blue or both totes at the curb all week and it’s been going on for years.
