Tonawanda News — Why is the media making this gentleman that played Tony Soprano, why are they making him a god? He was an actor, played a good part, lucky enough to get such a good part, played it well, but he was still an actor doing his job just like thousands of other actors and actresses. I’m sorry he died so young, but why are they making him out to be a god?

To all of you people who complain about Lindy Ruff going to the Dallas Stars, get over it. He’s with a better team that has the chance to win the Stanley Cup. I think it’s a good pick for him, I don’t care what anybody says. He’s got a better chance of winning there than he had here, the Stanley Cup, because the people in charge and the players that we have, there’s no way we’re going to get a Stanley Cup. No way.

I’m reading your article today concerning Tonawanda Coke and seeing how many times that Mr. Crane has gotten out from underneath his responsibilities. Who’s he paying off is one thing I’d like to know. The problem is he’s done it so many times and these people in Tonawanda think that the town’s going to get $200 million to put in a fund to fix some of this? I don’t think it’s going to happen, he’s going to get out from underneath it and then all that sludge he has been dumping on the ground that’s been seeping into the Niagara River and affecting everybody down the river, and all our water that we drink here in NT because the water treatment plant is down the stream from it, we’re all getting the effects of it and you can’t say we’re not. The thing is, Crane, he must be pretty powerful to get out from underneath all these plants he’s owned. There’s something wrong there.
