Tonawanda News — What is it with these joggers? I was driving today and a jogger was coming at me in my driving lane. But instead of moving over he expected me to force the oncoming car onto the curb. Then he had the nerve to turn around, give me the finger and use foul language on me. How about you people jog on the sidewalk or at least move over instead of thinking you have the right of way in the road when in fact you don’t. The cars have the right of way.

Since Mississippi Mudds and Old Man River are open seasonly, someone should remind them they still need to shovel their sidewalks. Who do I complain to?

I read in the Tonawanda News that the school district has a budget gap of $821,000? Was the school board president asleep at the switch? How do we let this happen?

So Remington Arms is opening a new plant in Alabama. Karr Arms is also leaving because of Cuomo’s Safe Act. Over 2,000 jobs heading south. Great job, governor.

This morning as my daughter was walking to school, the SWAT team and police raided a house. Did the police take into consideration those young kids that witnessed this?

Tonawanda district faces $821K budget gap? Well, we gave them permission to sell that Clinton Street school why didn’t they sell it? Just because one or two people don’t want it. Like with Highland school, we voted to sell that one. No we gotta keep ‘em, we gotta keep ‘em. Why aren’t we getting rid of these schools?

The school systems are always complaining about budgets. If you want to save some money you ought to eliminate the school buses and let the kids walk to school so they can lose some weight. We walked to school when we were kids, why can’t they? What’s wrong with them? They’re not all handicapped. Only people who are handicapped should be getting a bus.
