Tonawanda News — Lockport doesn’t have concerts anymore. Financially extravagant. NT should follow suit. It won’t happen. No doubt that the Republican regime in NT will have Kathy Paradowski back for a full concert series so she can make money on the NT taxpayers’ back like she did in the past and in Lockport.

I find it laughable that a group of woman headed up by Beyoncé wants to ban the word “bossy” pertaining to girls. Her husband has made hundreds of millions rapping with derogatory words about woman starting with the letters B, C, and W. The rappers rap about beating and raping women and yet the best she can come up with is ban Bossy. Give me a break. Her latest video shows her in the back of a limo having sex. Hypocrite with a capital H. Her daughter will be so proud when she is old enough to see this crap. What is this world coming to when they put trash like her as an idol.

Can somebody please tell me who the moron is who times the lights on the Twin Cities Highway through North Tonawanda? Please, fire him and get somebody who knows how to do their job.

The 2014 US Paraplegic Sled Hockey Team won a gold medal in Sochi. North Tonawanda’s Paul Schaus came back with a well deserved gold medal. You can tell it’s not an election year. You can tell because all the North Tonawanda and Niagara County politicians would have been at the airport to greet him for their photo op. How sad is that? Shame on you.

Another day and the middle school students of North Tonawanda don’t have to go to school again. They had a half day off yesterday for parent-teacher conferences, which used to be held at night but it’s not like that anymore. Today is a superintendent’s conference day. With all the snow days taken this year why didn’t they cancel a superintendent’s conference day to keep them in the classroom. Someone look at the calendar and see how many days they don’t have to go to school.
