Tonawanda News — Is the mayor part time or full time? Seems like Mayor Pilozzi was always around and our new mayor isn’t. When I called the mayor’s office I always spoke to Pilozzi. Now when I call the mayor’s office he is not there to speak to me.

I no longer trust the politicians in the City of Tonawanda. My councilman and mayor tell me one thing and do another. It’s going to be a long four years.

The United States Supreme Court has just decided it is OK for millionaires to spend hundreds of millions of dollars on elections. Therefore, the rich control who will be elected. The greatest country in the history of the world is being destroyed, first by its politicians and now by the Supreme Court. How sad.

I’ve got an idea for the search for Flight 370. Why don’t they offer a reward for whoever finds the sunken plane? Let private people do it. Let people with money who like to search for sunken treasures and things do it, instead of wasting all this time and money and manpower. They offered a reward for Bin Laden. Why not offer a reward for the plane?

The mayor receives a grant to spruce up businesses on Oliver Street. Does that mean the drug houses will be getting a facelift?
