Tonawanda News — I doubt if you will print this but I don’t see why they have to close Young Street again. They tried it once before and it didn’t work out. If they need park land, they’ve got 46 acres at Spaulding Fiber that’s all ready to go. Nothing has gone in there after all this time. And I don’t see why they can’t put a park up there. They don’t need Young Street closed off. That’s ruining the businesses up there.

Now that Budwey is selling his businesses is he going to pay us taxpayers back for all the court costs when he was trying so hard to get rid of Walmart? Come on mayor, come on you politicians. Do something for the people of North Tonawanda. Let’s get some of that money back. The lawyers and court fees and everything else that he caused. He’s got the money. That would be a really good thing for us taxpayers for once.

Who are these jealous people who are constantly criticizing Mayor Ortt of North Tonawanda? Most of us realize that he’s done an excellent job and is very accessible to all of the people. Who are these people filled with sour grapes? Could it be the group that never got voted in?
