The Tonawanda News

Tonawanda News — Many credible news reports are that the corporate executives are taking profits and not investing in their companies either through R&D or by hiring. Where is this so-called trickle down theory of Bush and now Romney that the so-called “job creators” would be creating jobs due to the continuation of the tax cuts? The corporate execs are gouging the average citizen and the middle class for profit. And Obama is to blame? Malarkey! And we want to put a corporate guy like Romney into office? Are we crazy?

How nice it would have been to spell Hap’s name correctly in the Clint Small stadium article. For all the man has done for the school and the community, you could have gotten it right. It’s Holway. Thanks.

Hello, I just wanted to agree with the caller that said it is time for Barbara Tucker’s column to go away. I don’t see the need for the readers to know all about her family. Frankly, no one cares. The Tonawanda News should seek to put actual news stories that ask questions, make people think and encourage dialogue amongst the readers.
