I’m Reading your article about the STAR program where people are piggy backing off other properties they own and not their regular residence, and screwing the people in the state out of school taxes. Now if you were paying child support and you were behind on it, no matter how many years you get behind on it, the state would go after it. So shouldn’t they go after these people for back taxes? To me that would only be just. And it would help the school systems out and the state out. They should go after them for back taxes or seize their property.
