Tonawanda News — Do we only have one crew or one truck in North Tonawanda to fill in the potholes? We’re starting to get potholes on top of potholes, there are gigantic holes in the ground that should be filled that aren’t being filled. What’s taking so long? The weather’s been nice, these potholes should be filled on every street.

I’d like to say about Robin Schimminger, he wants to rename the Twin Cities Memorial Highway to the Vietnam Veterans Highway? Why doesn’t he mind his own business and leave it the way it is? He’s always thinking of stupid things. Instead, if he leaves that highway alone, we’ll name the street he lives on Vietnam Veterans Highway. That sounds like a better idea to me. A better idea than that even is everybody vote him out of office next way around. He’s been there too many years. It’s time for new blood in there.

If you don’t know the meaning of yield, look it up in your driver’s manual.

How is it when politicians commit crimes, stealing money and so on, they don’t go to jail? They even refuse to leave their jobs. How does this happen? What is going on? What kind of a country are we living in if we let those politicians do all this illegal stuff and get away with it? Why can’t we all get away with it?

Does anybody else in North Tonawanda notice that when water comes out of the faucet it’s cloudy at first, and then it clears up after a few seconds? I’m just wondering what’s going on with the water system.

Ok DPW, you have been to Raymond Street and Birch Drive last week. You’ve seen the ditch, it’s filled to the very top. You haven’t been back in a week, what are you getting paid for? Get that ditch drained now.
