Tonawanda News — Has anyone else noticed how loud the commercials get on Time Warner Cable? Is it my imagination, I thought this was illegal. Am I supposed to call the governor next or the television station itself?

Now that you’re allowed to park on the street all night, all these people with three and four cars will be parked in front of all the houses making it very difficult to get out. I think something should be done about it.

Just driving down Erie Avenue today and I see the new construction work for the Meadow Drive coming into it. This thing is so narrow, it looks like a driveway coming into someone’s house rather than a roadway. This thing is so small, it’s going to be another Nash Road project. Insane, I can’t believe that our city can spend the kind of money that they’re spending and put a scaled down model railroad kind of road instead of the kind of road that it deserves. It’s disgusting and it’s sad.

The railroad is not run by the federal government. They are regulated but not run by the federal government. And to open up Meadow Drive, they have to put all kinds of equipment there. Just a little tidbit of info. Know what you’re talking about before you shoot your mouth off.

North Tonawanda residents it is time to wake up. We have closed Grant School, Lowry School, Gilmore School now the Humphrey building is closed. That’s four buildings closed. That’s hundreds of less students. And they still want to raise our taxes. They do not know how to stick to a budget. Please vote on May 20.
