The Tonawanda News

Tonawanda News — I’d just like to ask who the brainiac was that had the stop light removed on Payne Avenue and Tremont Street in North Tonawanda. This is a high-traffic area and now they made a two-way stop sign. I would just like to be working for Cellino and Barnes when the Canal Fest starts, I’m sure there’s going to be numerous accidents and I hope none involve pedestrians. This was a really stupid idea.

People say they want to save the Niagara Falls Air Force base, then an opportunity comes with the drones and now they’re being picky about what they want to come here. They’re going to make them somewhere in the country, so what’s the difference, anyways?

Well, I see it’s that time again, people running for the school board. Glad to see new names, we need to get rid of all of the people on the board now, they’re corrupt. All they do is bicker amongst themselves — they make the City of Tonawanda look foolish. They forgot who they work for — us, the taxpayers, not for their own game. Also, you should only be president of the board once. We, the taxpayers, should choose — not them. She knows who we’re talking about. Please do not make that same board member once before a president again.

The people in the City of Tonawanda better take a look around before they vote on the school budget to raise the school taxes because the people here just don’t have it anymore, and to build that football stadium is too much, and it costs too much because we don’t have that big of a school district.
