So I hear one of the northtowns are going to lay off a few policemen and firemen. I can’t believe what I saw on the news. They were crying the blues, saying what am I going to tell my child about his father not working. He ought to be ashamed of himself. I can’t believe he said something so ignorant. What do the people who make $7.25 an hour tell their children when they have no money? These city workers all get paid so much more than anybody with the benefits. They hardly ever get laid off.
