Tonawanda News — I’m out looking at Christmas decorations on Shad Street, and a house that used to have a ton of decorations, and it was very beautiful, has a sign out front because of something about a Grinch that looms upon the street, Christmas has turned very bleak or something like that. It’s very sad when people can’t even put out Christmas decorations without the neighbors complaining.

I’m calling about the woman who says if the city trucks hit your car they don’t have to pay the damages. I know somebody whose car got hit by a garbage truck. The police came and investigated and they got a $100,000 settlement from the city and on top of that, a new car.

I read the article in the paper a couple of weeks ago about Winter Walk. I think it was very disgusting that they didn’t put in about the City of Tonawanda.

This is to all the Hostess workers: Walmart’s hiring.

To the person who says you can’t buy fuel without ethanol you’d better check again.

For all you people who think FOX news is all for the Republicans, did you try reading the newspapers ... they did nothing for Romney, it was all about Obama.

•••

I’ve been watching the news and they’re talking about the two shootings in Buffalo. This has to stop. We’re shooting each other, were killing each other. It has to stop.

The way your school systems are complaining they don’t have enough money for text books and stuff. We’re in the age of computers, just about every home has one. Why don’t they have all their textbooks on a DVD?
