The Taste of ADK will be featured at a 3:45 p.m. meeting Monday of the Theta branch of the ADK Teachers’ Sorority at the Riviera Theatre, 67 Webster St., North Tonawanda.
The event will include installation of new officers and members, followed by members sharing their favorite recipes.
Rosary Guild officers to be installed
St. Albert the Great Rosary Guild will conclude its year at an installation dinner at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Caesar’s Palace, 712 Oliver St., North Tonawanda.
Reverend Ted Jost will install the following officers: Mary Willert, president; Linda Borczynski, vice president; Betty Hammer, secretary; Dorothy Muniak, financial secretary, and Louise Garigen, treasurer.
History museum selects officers
Dr. John H. George has been named president of the North Tonawanda History Museum.
Other officers include Carl Tamburlin, vice president; William Reece, treasurer; Donna Zellner Neal, secretary.
Elected as ex-officio trustees are Danielle M. Oney, Gregory L. Witul, and Robert A. Zayatz.
Additions to the advisory committee are Dennis Ziolkowski and Joseph McMahon.
Historic gardens tour set by museum
The North Tonawanda History Museum is accepting applications for its fourth annual two day historic gardens tour July 26 and 27.
Applications are available at the museum, 314 Oliver St., in the city clerk’s office, and at the North Tonawanda Public Library.
Tour guide books and maps will be available for $5 each.
Linda Hankinson is chairman.
Individuals, businesses, and civic groups or organizations wishing to participate in the contest and tour should contact the museum as soon as possible to register.

National Hose schedules meat raffle
A meat raffle will take place Saturday at National Hose Company No. 1, 44 William St., City of Tonawanda.
Doors open at 7 p.m., followed at 7:30 p.m. by drawings.
First prize is a three-burner gas grill, second through fourth prizes are meat packages. There will be 30 other raffles.
The public is invited.
