Tonawanda News — A Town of Tonawanda man, who admitted to sexually abusing two young girls, was sentenced Friday to two to six years in prison, Erie County District Attorney Frank Sedita announced.
Shawn McIntosh, 33, of Parkhurst Boulevard, plead guilty in September to four counts of use of a child in a sexual performance, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, four counts of possessing a sexual performance by a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
McIntosh admitted he subjected two girls under the age of 11 to contact with a sexual toy and to taking pornographic pictures of them. The crimes occurred between September 2011 and January 2012.
McIntosh faced a maximum of 50 years in prison, and received his sentence in a plea deal.
Erie County Court Judge Kenneth Case also imposed an order of protection for the two victims that will last until 2027.
